So this post is a little behind but that is just how we roll sometimes! This was our main vacation this summer to Lake Huron. We stayed in a vacation rental home for a week that was just 4 houses back from the beach. it was such a GREAT trip! By far one of our best. It was nice to have our own house to stay in with all amenities and to be able to come and go and be so close to the beach. We stayed in a little fishing community named Au Gres, just 15 minutes from Tawas Bay. We had little structure, went swimming every day and just enjoyed being together. If you are ever considering this kind of vacation I would recommend it in a hearbeat!

Liam was a little fish the whole vacation. This was the most he's ever been in the water at the beach. I'm glad he finally enjoys more than just the sand!

Oh, I am so jealous. That looked so fun, so relaxing, so memory-making, so great. And the lighthouse makes it even THAT MUCH cooler.
